I had my alignment done here a few months ago. I was very happy with service/pricing, and I knew that I would bring my car back for service when needed. I had gone to gas station and my gas flap was not opening. I could not even pry it open with my fingers. I have nobody to help me with car issues, and I was very concerned about who I could ask for help. I gave Paul a call, and he said, "come on in. come now." I was so relieved. He didn't hesitate or decline. I immediately drove to the shop, and he opened the flap for me. He explained that it may have gotten stuck and added a little grease to the pin for me. He would not accept any $$ for his time. I can't stress to you how much of a help this was to me. As a woman, you often feel like you are going to get taken advantage of as soon as you pull into a car repair shop and we are at the mercy of the mechanic. I don't feel like that here.
